The 2 Months for $200.00 PROMO is made for the new athlete! 3 Weeks of small group training with a lot of attention to technique and basics. 5 weeks to master your craft and get into insane shape. Continuing with us after the two months will be a no brainer. You will be supercharged! excited to tackle each and every workout, lose weight and be the best you. You will make friends in our close knit community and enjoy being apart of something bigger than the scale!

HIIT FIT

  • Join our FIT HIIT Class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8:30am. This class is open to all fitness levels with no foundations training required. Get started today! We are offering your first month for $49.00 normal value of $99.00. Classes run for 1 hour, Ages 18+"

    This is how you get started with CrossFit. We run Elements on the second Tuesday of each month. Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday for 3 Weeks. Member of this program learn the basics in a fun environment.

    5 Personal Sessions. Sessions last 45 mins in length. Each session will include a warm up, a specific goals session, and a cardio vascular section. Coaches aim to bring value to each session with our initial Free Consultation before your first class to set a quick attainable short term goal that you can complete in the first few sessions. Each package will be prescribed to you based off of the needs expressed. Lets have some fun.
